Harness your Emotions for manifesting success!

 By Aine Belton

I believe one mistake many people make when they first hear about the law of attraction is to start denying, ignoring, judging or repressing their 'negative' feelings in fear of any negative consequences they may attract.

The fact is, negative feelings are not 'wrong' per se. Further, what we resist persists. Pretending you don't have feelings doesn't make them go away!

What's more, your emotions can be a helpful guide to your internal thought processes and indicate where beliefs may be out of alignment or incongruent with the successes you seek, or where you may have hidden agendas, unserving attitudes, unhealed aspects, and so on.

Negative emotions can also serve a positive function. Grieving, for example, is a healthy and natural process that may involve the experience of pain yet ultimately lead to healing. Fear is designed to signal when to be on guard or protect yourself potentially. Even anger if expressed cleanly can be productive.
It is only when feelings are repressed that they become problematic and toxic and leak into our world affecting our reality in not so pleasant ways, or come at us as a mirror in the people and experiences we attract. This is why honoring, accepting and releasing your emotions is important.
"Acceptance heals hurt. It heals the resistance that causes or exacerbates the pain. When you accept, it allows you to move forward in the flow, because what you accept, you naturally let go of."

- Chuck Spezzano

When we accept and honor our feelings, rather than fear, judge or repress them, they can be naturally expressed and released and can move through us.

What's more, in the light of love and acceptance we can let go of feelings that do not serve us that much more easily. As said, it is what we resist that persists.
"Pain only exists in resistance.
Joy exists only in acceptance.
Painful situations which you heartily accept become joyful.
Joyful situations which you do not accept become painful.
There is no such thing as a bad experience.
Bad experiences are simply the creations of your resistance to what is."
-  Rumi

There are many techniques these days for releasing emotions, everything from writing them down, the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), crystal healing, the Sedona Method, the Release Technique, the ZPoint Process, expressing them through creativity, energy healing (such as Reiki), communicating them to a friend or loved one, flower essences, and many others.

Unsurprisingly, and yet so often avoided, feeling your feelings is a fast and effective way to release them.

This doesn't mean indulging in them or giving them undue attention if they do not serve you. More, it enables them to move through you and be expressed. It takes greater energy to stuff emotions down than to experience them.

Furthermore, denied and repressed emotions don't go away, and require numbing and distraction (through drugs, alcohol or addictions, for example), and can lead to sabotage, repeated patterns, and an inability to be fully intimate with yourself, and hence present and real with others.

Acknowledging, accepting and feeling an emotion will enable its release.Forgiveness, of self and others, can also serve to liberate you from whole clusters of negative emotions.

Sometimes it can feel like you're walking into the fire, yet that fire will set you free. Sometimes it may feel like the dark night of soul, yet that light will lead to a dawn brighter than before, and a future freer, truer, with greater love.

It is in the dark that we search to connect to the love and light within and find the truth - that we are loved, loving and loveable ever and always, that our reality is ultimately an illusion, and that in highest truth, only love is real.  Here's the Video..:) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G3xCmSNb_sc&feature=sub

Releasing Your Emotions - A Process
• Identify the feeling or emotion you wish to release and become familiar with it. Name it. Experience it. Do you feel it somewhere in your body? If it had a colour or shape, a sound or picture, for example, what would that be? Don’t think about it too much, just try to hone in on it as best you can so you can experience it more fully and get in touch with the feeling.
• Own that you are the source of this feeling. That whatever this feeling is, it is yours, whatever the outside circumstance that has triggered this feeling maybe, or whatever you feel or believe has caused it. Let go of the story around this feeling and just experience the emotion as it exists within you.
• Accept this feeling without judgment and allow it to be there. Welcome it.
• Really feel the emotion. Dive into it. Let it consume you even. Sink into the feeling further and further. Have you felt this feeling before? Does it trigger thoughts or memories? Can you remember an earlier time in your life when you felt this same feeling? What was that? What was happening at the time? Allow yourself to travel back to the earliest time you can remember feeling this feeling and immerse yourself in the emotion. This is what I call 'sourcing' the emotion.
• If you find it difficult or distracting going back to any previous time, just stay with the emotion as it is and increase its intensity until you are totally immersed in the feeling. This may be an unpleasant, painful or uncomfortable experience depending on the emotion you are sourcing, or you may find the emotion changes and another one becomes present, perhaps one underneath this feeling.
• The feeling may begin to change or dissipate as it is released. Keep feeling your emotions as fully as possible whatever occurs. You may experience layers of emotions. These may become darker or lighter, yet will inevitably lead to an experience of relief and freedom through their release. Ride the waves and just let your emotions be felt, whatever they are.
• It may help to breathe deeply to release the emotions at times. You may shed tears, feel like shouting or clench your muscles. If you wish you can journal and write down your feelings if this helps at any point, but don’t get into yor head and stay in your feelings.
• As a guide, I recommend 20 minutes for feeling any given feeling in an intense magnified way as described. Any more of a specific feeling can possibly lead to wallowing or mean you are caught up in the drama or surrounding story to the feeling, rather than the emotion itself. Emotions will start to shift, move, release and change when you allow them to move through you and be fully felt.
• During this process, notice if any particular thoughts or possible beliefs come to mind alongside your feelings. Or after the process you might like to reflect, and ask yourself the question, “What must I believe to be feeling this feeling?” Also, ask to receive insight, information and learning around this emotion, such as what role it plays in your life, how it may serve or disserve you, it’s light and dark sides, and so forth. See what insights surface/are revealed and note any down.
If you identified a belief behind the emotion that does not serve you, you can clear that from your subconscious mind with the Belief Buster Meditation in the Belief Buster Kit, replacing it with a positive new replacement belief.

Harnessing Emotions for Manifesting Success!
Your emotions are wondrous allies for many reasons. They are the very juice of life, the zest, and give it substance, aliveness, mattering and flow.
Positive emotions are not only a joy to experience and relish in themselves (divine gifts indeed), they can also be easily harnessed to attract positive realities, turbo-charge visualizations and manifest your goals at an accelerated rate.
The art of manifestation is covered in full in the Miracle Mind Manifesting Program at this link.
If you can’t get in touch with what it feels like to have achieved a particular goal, it may indicate you do not wholeheartedly desire it (perhaps having a split mind about wanting it), or your beliefs aren’t congruent and aligned to the outcomes you seek, so the feelings aren’t easily accessible.
This is why changing your beliefs is so key, for in doing so you instantly change the nature of your emotions also.
Your imagination is also very important. It can conjure and direct emotions in a magical way.
The Manifesting Blueprint Meditation of the Miracle Mind Manifesting Program harnesses the power of emotions to magnify your manifesting potential.
In this guided visualization meditation, you will literally step into your desired outcome ‘for real’, and get in touch with all the positive emotions around the realization of your goal, activating future causation and creating an energetic pathway for that goal manifest in your life.
Feelings are the vital. They are the language of your subconscious mind and you subconscious mind will respond to and believe your feelings.
If you’re visualizing a house that you desire to manifest, for example, but are feeling jealous at others for already having this dream, guilt about deserving or wanting it, deprived or angry that you don’t have it right now, etc., these emotions will influence and dictate the types of outcomes you manifest.
Of course, these emotions are great indicators of beliefs that lie beneath them, so investigate and ask yourself what must you believe about yourself, life , and others, to be having these feelings.
Emotions help you get very honest with yourself about where you are at, and as said, can help you identify hidden patterns, attitudes and beliefs that you can heal, clear and change.
The more you release denser, constricting, negative emotions, the brighter you will feel and your vibration will rise, which will allow access to higher states.
Furthermore, feeling any type of feeling will make you more open to feeling all feelings, such as the positive wondrous emotions that make life worthwhile.
When you shut down to avoid bad feelings, you shut out happy, joyous, blissful, feelings too
