Forgiveness starts with really wanting to. You need to think, "I really do want to let this go...I really do want to set this down. In fact, my hanging on is the heaviness that is blocking my aliveness, creativity, and freedom."

All we have to do is ask for help and then simply let it go. We then repeat the process. Over time, we find that we can scarcely even remember what it is we needed to forgive.
