Creative visualization.

Creative visualization can be described as a supercharged daydream - you visualize
a specific scenario or outcome in your mind, and use that energy and emotion
to bring it into your physical reality.
According to Shakti Gawain, creative visualization can help you channel energies
in good directions, strengthen your self-esteem and even improve your health.
So why not try creative visualization as you meditate today?
================================
The 3 BIG rules of creative visualization
================================
There are many rules and tips for effective creative visualization, but we believe
these 3 are by far the most important:
BIG rule #1: Infuse emotion.
For instance if you're visualizing yourself on holiday in London, picture the smile
on your face as you're riding a double decker bus. Feel the crisp breeze blowing
through your hair. Hear the chimes of Big Ben.
Make it as real as possible. Have fun with it!
BIG rule #2: Own it.
Visualize that you already possess the object or scenario you want.
If you're visualizing a holiday in London, tell yourself that you already have
the flight tickets. If you're visualizing having a barbecue in a huge
mansion, picture yourself already owning that mansion.
In doing this you're actually programming your subconscious to make it happen.
BIG rule #3: Be persistent.
Your subconscious needs constant reminders, so visualize your dreams or goals every day.
Do it in the morning, do it before bedtime, do it at your lunch break.
And don't be too surprised when your life starts changing in amazing ways.
