Do you want to lighten your load today? Do you want to feel more alive today, more creative today?
Well, here's a quote I heard that I know is true. It says, "Forgiveness is a gift we give ourselves."
Right now, just ask your inner Knower, ‘Who would you have me forgive today?"
Whoever it is and whatever the situation, ask God, ask the Holy Spirit, ask the part of you that is infinitely wise to show you how to forgive.
Forgiveness starts with really wanting to let go. You need to think that you really do want to set this down. In fact, your hanging on is the heaviness that is blocking your aliveness, creativity and freedom.
All we have to do is ask for help and then let it go. We then repeat the process. Over time, we find that we can scarcely even remember what it was we needed to forgive. Forgiveness really is a gift we can give ourselves starting today.
