Etheric Projection Technique

Astral Projection Techniques
Etheric Projection Technique (Etheric projection is the state of least separation from your physical body in fact you don’t have to leave your body just sit in it and look through your closed eye lids.) You can try this technique at anytime but I’ve found it works on a lazy afternoon or if you set your alarm for an hour before you’d usually get out of bed).
1. The first time you try this you need to be in a certain state of mind. You have to be in a Zen like state (empty headed) even in a regressive, sleepy (but not really tired) mood. Basically you need to be in a relaxed dreamy state of mind to begin without any stress from an appointment within the next couple of hours.

2. I’m personally lucky (or unlucky) depending on your view point to have a very empty unthinking head :¬) but you can deepen this by listening to certain music for half n hour before you start. I find the band Boards of Canada to be the best at this as they use sample loops that are from childhood, but those mood CD’s with whales n sea on the shore n bird songs are the good too.
3. Have a CD on that will balance out the noise you might experience in your chosen room. I use a looped a Hemi-sync mp3 called theta that just sounds like speaker hiss gradually moving in a wave form, this is suppose to produce theta waves in the brain (works for me). Try and use something that your brain cannot recognize and hook into those mood CD’s will do just set the volume so its as equal as you can get it to the ambient noise in the room. (Free Hemi-sync Music or Travishartnett music)
4. Choose your book, it should be a challenging read but not something that you have to tie your brain in a complete knot to read.
5. Lay down with your book, making sure the body is warm but not hot (just get comfy but not so it makes you want to sleep immediately).
6. Read and read but you want to get into a state where the text in the book has promoted your brain to fantasize about a related topic. I find this happens all the time if I’m not careful, I loose focus and slip off into imagining something else. You eyes might be drooping and if you feel the need to close them do so.
7. DON’T SLEEP! as soon as your eyes are closed I want you to “very” gently try to recall the page you were just reading. Imagine that book is still in your hand a few feet from your eyes and you are still reading that page. Don’t force it! Don’t try to screw up your eyes and see the page. I’d say you were just seeing blackness with flashing colours and formless shapes at this time.
8. Don’t focus on the shapes and colors keep reading the page in your mind, see the type face and if there was a diagram on the page imagine that. All the time keep the feeling that the page is held in your hand away from your face in a normal reading position.
9. This next part will either happen or it won’t but if it does you’ll not really notice from anything from 5 to 60 seconds. You’ll still be imagining this page and reading it and then you suddenly notice that your not recalling the page from memory anymore your actually seeing the page and the book in seeming complete reality. When you get better you’ll notice that at some that this point is like the second eye lid of a lizard or a shark. It just flicks open and your vision becomes crystal clear and bright and you instantly see the page.
10. If you don’t loose this due to the shock I’ll be surprised, its what always seems to a happen. Your mind is perfectly fine in that 5-60 second period where your seeing the imaginary/real book but as soon as you realize the implications and process all this you shock your self and loose it. DON’T be shocked if you open your eyes when this happens and your blind, it will only last for a maximum of 20seconds and your vision will return (a bit tunnel like from the center to the outside).
11. At the opening of this inner eye(s) you need to keep relaxed and in the same state as before. Don’t think too much, stop reading the book and look into your room, turn your head very gently. Note the quality of the light in particular (usually very golden) now you have to try and stand up and leave the room, I use the door but many people like to walk through walls or fly through the ceiling. If like me you have a reasonably logical mind you’ll find flying very difficult and walking through walls is like walking through treacle. I can recommend slowly pushing your head through the glass of your window as personally I can see and feel the molecules of my body and the glass move around each other.
12. Things get very odd :¬) you’ve managed to etheric project which you’ll be unable to keep focused on and you’ll astral project as soon as you leave the room where your body is located

How to Change Anything in an Instant!…

By Aine Belton

Your relationship with your future affects not only where you are heading and where you will end up, but where you are right now!
Your future is always influencing your present. The good news is you can choose the future you wish to influence you, and allow it to change you right now!
In shifting your future orientation you can alter your current state radically. By connecting to your optimum future you create a pathway to that future which, by law of resonance, changes you now.
The means to getting there are the qualities of being there.” ~ Lazaris
As a practical example, if your employer was sending you on a trip to either Hawaii, or to a dingy town with high crime rates, you’d experience very different states in anticipation of your trip.
When you connect to your future at a level where you experience that future’s existence in the present, you engage all the qualities of that future and align your vibration to it, creating a bridge to that future that acts as a portal for its manifestation in your world.
Dwelling from, not upon, the future you desire is the fastest way to change absolutely everything.” ~ Mike Dooley
Just think about. If you knew you could not fail, that your future was filled with dreams-come-true and that your heart’s desires would inevitably manifest, how would you be feeling right now? Pretty good! You’d be feeling the very feelings of that luminous future (which is the key to its manifestation in the present).
Imagine the joy, confidence, peace, expectancy, freedom, excitement, security and so on. These feelings can be the result of future causation, created by the connection to that very future’s existence, energy and essence, and can serve to attract that future into your reality now.
Essentially, time and space are an illusion. The future you desire already exists. Instead of trying to imagine what that future will be like from your present, you can travel to that future and experience it for real.
You can use future causation to ‘drop into your reality’ your desired dreams and visions and accelerate their manifestation.
This has been one of the most profound techniques I have used. The insights I have received in connecting to a desired future in this way have gone beyond the limits of my present imagination or what I would have consciously contrived.
I have been gifted with information and states of being that have been way ‘outside the box’ and have changed me and my reality in the present. This is why I call it Future Causation for it can transform your present state of vibration in an instant; change your energy and you change your world.
What is most important is connecting with your intention, to the energy and essence of that brightest future, even if you are as yet unclear of what that future will look like or what you desire it to be.
This is helpful when you are still formulating your dream life, as it enables you to start attracting your brightest future by connecting to the energy of that future, and in such aligning your vibration to it to set the law of attraction into action.
All futures are possible, yet some are more probable than others depending on your current energetic patterns, stories, tendencies and leanings. Don’t let those leanings be the worn out tracks of your past. Decide on a bright future and let it be the light that leads the way.
Connect to that future you, create a relationship with it, develop a gateway by communicating with that future and holding a vision in your heart and mind, and allow it to have voice in your world today.
What kind of decisions would that future you make? How would they think, feel and be? What solutions would they find? Successes create? Challenges overcome? And so on.
Practice stepping into your future on a regular basis. Hold a ‘future perspective’ when making decisions, setting goals or dealing with challenges.
What would that future you, the healed, empowered, loving, successful self that you are becoming, think, feel and be? Connect to that future and allow it to have voice in your world today in the thoughts, feelings and actions you choose.
Visualizing the outcome of your goals vividly, and as much the essence as the form (i.e. the feelings and qualities of your goal as well as tangible characteristics), is one way to activate future causation. Instead of ‘trying’ to imagine your outcome, however, relax deeply or enter a meditative state and allow yourself to journey to it/step into it ‘for real’.
You can also enter a meditation and meet your brightest future. Set that intention, imagine yourself in a safe place in nature (such as beach, meadow or grove), and allow your optimum future self to come to you. Don’t worry or think too much about what they look like, if they’re much older than you or not or whether you can visualize them clearly or not, for it’s the energy and essence that’s important here, not the form.
When they come to sit or stand opposite you, get a sense of them. What do they feel like to you? How are they different from you in terms of their energy and what you can sense? What stands out about them? Do you get certain thoughts, feelings, images or ideas?
Open your heart and get a feel for them and their presence. You can ask them for advice and insight or simply experience them and allow them to fill you with their gifts, energy, inspiration, guidance and qualities.
Perhaps you imagine light flowing from them into you – into your heart, or mind, or flowing from their hands to yours. At the end of the meditation let them merge and become one with you. The more you practise this, the easier it gets and the more profound the experience will become.
You may receive healing transformations, flashes of insight and inspiration, new perspectives and visions and wonderful feelings of love, joy, freedom, empowerment and clarity

Enjoy The Music

Have you ever thought about how every single piece of music is vibration?  That’s what sound is.

Have you also thought about how your own body resonates with music?  It resounds.  There is a vibration that happens in us that is our own very aliveness responding to music.

Today, let’s pick at least one piece of music that feels good to us and listen to it.  Our body really can read that sound and it actually affects us at a cellular level.  It increases our immune system and we become different in the presence of really great music.

Listen to some good music and notice how your vibration --your energy --is different.

To Your Results

Even a one-degree shift in our thinking can cause a massive change over time.  When we create the conditions we need to shift our thinking even one degree, we have succeeded in seeding change in our lives.

That change, six months down the road, takes us to a whole new place.  If we will allow ourselves to devote time in our daily life to make the shifts in the thinking we desire, even the smallest shift will make a big difference over time.

Have fun today knowing little changes yield big results.

I mentioned that there are many different methods of rearing children - ranging
from strict disciplinarian to hands off. I wanted to know if they
read about or discussed the various methods they would use to raise
their baby.

Like many parents, they hadn't given it too much thought.
Basically, they were going to raise their child how they remember
being raised. Some parents who feel they had a poor upbringing try
to raise their children the exact opposite way they were raised. In
reality, our friends had no real plan for raising their child.

I see this same approach in relationships and it can be very
unhealthy. Just because you turned out "ok" doesn't mean that you
were reared wonderfully. And just because your parents never
divorced doesn't mean you should mimic their relationship.

If you want to be a great basket weaver how would you go about it?
By instinct? By watching those who make ordinary or even awful
baskets? If you want to be a top-notch basket weaver you would
spend a lot of time watching experts in the field, noting their
technique. You would read books on the subject and take some
courses. When it came to weaving your basket, you would probably
have some ideas and concepts about what you wanted it to look like
before you even started.

A relationship is a lot more complex than making baskets. If you
want to have a top-notch relationship then you can't simply let
nature take its course. You must have a plan. First, you make the
decision that you are going to have a blissful relationship and
hopefully you can get your mate to agree to the same. You will want
to observe couples that have blissful relationships and maybe ask
them a lot of questions. You should read books on the subject and
perhaps take some courses from experts.

Raising well-behaved, respectful children takes a lot of time,
thought and effort. Creating a beautiful basket takes skill,
dedication and good teaching. A blissful relationship takes all the
above and then some.

Change is Permanant...

Things change, and that's a part of life.
Life itself is made up of constant changes, and these constant
changes allow you to grow and experience life at it's
fullest level, but only when you embrace them.
If you resist change, if you remain stubborn, you turn your back
on the process of life and you limit
your ability to succeed and have a rewarding life.
Your relationships, finances, home, lifestyle have
all changed over the years.
But how much of the change did you actually create?
How much of it did you actually want?
To create the kind of changes you want you
first have to accept that change will happen
whether you like it or not!
The more you fight change the tougher life gets.
Every change brings a new opportunity, you can recognize that
opportunity or you can avoid it and feel sorry for yourself.
Learn to recognize the opportunities when change
comes and you'll discover that those opportunities
will lead to the life that you really want.
Only when you embrace the change, when you accept that change has
arrived and is now knocking on your door can you begin to
live the life you want and enjoy greater success.
Instead of trying to preserve what you have think about expanding
and looking for the new options.
When you remain stubborn you'll resist change and
things will only get worse.
Everything about us changes as we get older and grow.
Get ready for change.
Prepare for change.
Create the changes that you want so that you're no longer
reacting to life but creating the life that you want.

If want to create the life you want you first have to
change the pattern of thinking that has created your current life.
To do that try answering a few simple questions:
Do you embrace change when it happens?
If you don't embrace change when it happens
then you're resisting change and you're missing out on opportunities.
Do you trust and believe that you will have
what you need, or want?
Or do you live in fear? Always worrying about what will happen next,
trying to gain some security and stability in life but never
being able to get what you want, always afraid that something may
go wrong?
If you live life that way then you're actually working
against yourself because life is not stable and secure.
Life is constantly changing; in fact we live in a time where life
has never been less secure.
Get used to it, don't fight it.
If you fight it you lose out on the opportunity to
enjoy the process and live the life you want.
Do you feel you're just stuck in a rut, and can't get going?
Or do you feel that life is moving at a fun and rewarding pace
where you are constantly growing and learning?
If you feel you're stuck then take a closer look and you'll
find that you're resisting changes in certain areas.
Can you make some changes in those areas?
If you could make some changes what would they be and how would
these new changes impact your life?
Now start making those changes. :)
This is very important because change can be painful.
A lot of times you may resist change because you're comfortable
in your current situation.
So take a look at the changes you would make and see if they will
have a positive impact on your life.
Then ask yourself why you're not making those changes?
Your answer may surprise you but it will help you understand why
you're not living the life you want.
Finally ask yourself if you have a positive or
negative outlook on life.
If you have a negative outlook on life then you're not
very happy with your life and you're not creating the changes you want.
Or you're resisting change.
If you want a better life things will have to change.
Life can't get better and stay the same.
You can't make a million dollars and continue working for
30-thousand a year.
You can't remain single and be in a great relationship.

Think Into Possibility

Every single thought we have is either into possibility or into limitation.  We can choose thoughts that make things more difficult, such as when we believe that we have to do things solely with our own power.

There's a story about a boy and his father who were going for a walk when they came upon a great big rock in the middle of the road.  The little boy asked his dad, “Do you think I could move that rock if I tried really, really hard?” His dad said to him, “I believe that if you used all your strength you could move that rock just fine.”  The little boy got down and pushed his shoulder against that rock --he pushed and pushed and couldn't move the rock.

Finally, he turned to his dad and said, “You were wrong, I can't move that rock.”  And his father said, “No, son, I said that if you used all your strength you could; because part of your strength is in asking me to help.”

Thinking into limitation means you've got to do it all on your own.  Thinking into possibility means you can ask for help when it's needed.
