Psychic Workout: Finding Your Will

By Psychic Marin Religious history is full of stories where people summon angels and deities to execute their will. This makes the concept of “will” seem like something we impose on the celestial universe to execute our desires. Can I be so bold, as to suggest that perhaps these ancient stories got it wrong?
True will is actually quite different. Finding one’s will is about discovering who we really are, because only then can we really manifest what we need in accordance with our divine purpose.
Closely related to the concept of will is decisiveness. In order to manifest and achieve your desires, you must know what it is that you seek to accomplish in the first place. This can actually be more difficult than it seems. Suppose that you’re seeking a new job in the big city, three hours away, and you set out to find it. Amazingly, you are offered a job, and it is exactly what you were looking for, however, you neglected to give serious consideration to the fact that this job would require uprooting your entire family.
Sometimes getting what we want has too extreme of a consequence, and then we have to shift our desires into something different. It’s a shame, and unfortunate that so much “will” and energy has been exhausted in manifesting incomplete desires, leaving you with constant changes and new directions. This makes for a pretty draining lifestyle, and a diminishing of one’s will.
Do you struggle with identifying a single goal and successfully accomplishing it? Does life feel like it is filled with loose ends? Or are you one of those busy individuals that’s always attempting to do twenty things at once, yet not really knowing what you want to do? Then this psychic workout is for you!
This meditation will assist you in cleansing your psyche and removing any mental blockages you may be holding on to that are interfering with achieving success. When you feel inwardly free, your will takes over, and you are more equipped to follow the direction of achievement. Additionally, you will realistically identify any potential dilemmas prior to initiating change, thereby avoiding the ongoing battle of having to stop and regroup. You will find that this exercise helps you become active, rather than passive in achieving your goals, and with the infusion of divine guidance, you will feel confident in following your soul’s path, as opposed to blindly wondering through life.
1. Begin breathing in to the count of five through your nose, and out through your mouth for the count of five. Identify your diaphragm, located in the lower portion of your lungs in the center of your chest. Try to generate your breath from this location.
2. As you begin breathing out, allow your body to become increasingly more relaxed and begin to open all of your chakra centers.
3. Visualize a beaming stream of white light entering your head, your crown chakra, and allow this light to flow through you, granting you clear vision.
4. Next, visualize this white light moving down into your throat chakra, giving you the voice to speak up and communicate your desires.
5. As the light continues to your heart chakra, ask for removal of any barriers that are preventing you from having the permission to have passion in achieving your desires.
6. As the energy flows into your sacral chakra, allow yourself to become aware of the primal instincts necessary for survival in order to execute your will.
7. Flowing into your base chakra, helping to ground and root you, you will find strength and an overwhelming feeling solidity.
8. Leaving yourself with a feeling of focus in the present, ask yourself what strong desire you have, or what you want to achieve.
9. Allow the light to gradually diminish as you close your chakras.
As you performed this exercise, you may have noticed that certain chakra locations required a little more attention than others that may have been more easily traveled through. Make sure that you allow enough time for complete exploration of the different chakra locations, as significant processing can occur to assist you in removing any stagnation.
The next time an opportunity presents itself, beware… the Universe may be testing you. Analyze the situation to make sure you can realistically follow through with the opportunity, and then go for it! You will continue to be supported as long as you stay on course, furthering your development of will and achieving your goal.

Stop Throwing Away the Treasure Called "Troubling Times"

Key Lesson: If we look at (unexpected) events as something placed in our way, a troublesome time we must pile through on our way to some imagined peace to come, then we literally throw away the possibility of discovering that each moment, regardless of its appearance, is divine in nature and can serve to help us remember the same... if only we so choose.

Start Seeing the Good When Things Look Bad

It's well known that storm-tossed waves often expose new treasures along the shoreline; there is unexpected wealth to be collected by those who know the secret value of rough seas. And yet, even though most of us have little tolerance for anything that "rocks our boat," the truth of the matter is self-evident:
Unwanted moments introduce us to parts of ourselves that would otherwise never get healed were it not for the difficulties that first reveal them and that lead us to release their pain.
When things go "badly" for us, we're not intended to "return" to who and what we have been. To see the good in this idea, we must be willing to see that the pain in unwanted moments can either be a rock into which we crash time and time again -- a tempest without termination -- or that same suffering can be used as an inflection point, a place of real change that exists only when all seems lost.
Let me share three ideas with you about this strange and wonderful kind of spiritual goodness that seems to arrive in a package marked: "Caution! Contents under pressure!" Welcome this light into your life and you will learn to exchange resistance to unwanted moments for being receptive to the lessons they bring with them. Soon you will know, without taking thought, the greatest secret in the universe:
All things good come to those for whom the Good is all things.
  1. Even though we may feel badly when we lose whatever we hold near and dear to ourselves, it is good to see that nothing in this world -- or that we can imagine -- is permanent. Learning to welcome events that foster this understanding helps liberate us from painful attachments to relationships, possessions, and of course, our own bodies. What follows is freedom from all forms of false dependency and their attending fears.
  2. Even though we may feel badly when our sense of self-worth is shaken by events, it is good to see in these experiences that any sense of Self derived through images, social powers, acclaim, or peer approval is not who we really are. Learning to welcome events that reveal this truth helps free us from the impossible task of trying to be all things to all people and strengthens our intention to realize our unshakable original Self.
  3. Even though we may feel badly when we run into a limitation of some kind, it is good to see that, apart from the certainty behind our own pressing demands on life, nothing else stands in our way. Learning to welcome events that illuminate this new understanding reveals two key lessons about limitless living: The more we resist seeing our own limitations, the greater they become! And when we realize this truth, we see that limitations are illusions: They exist only for as long as we resist going through what we must to prove them false.
There is an old proverb that goes something like this: "God never takes anything from us without giving us something greater in return." The task for those of us who seek the life divine -- those who seek to live from their original fearless Self -- is to prove the trust of this timeless idea. Through it, we are set free.

Courage...

Sometimes we see things that aren’t meant to be seen.
Sometimes things aren’t always as they seem.
Sometimes we need someone to call our own,
Especially when we’re alone.
Sometimes people just can’t understand,
Why things get out of hand.
Sometimes life just isn’t fair,
Especially when people just don’t care.
And sometimes it's hard to say,
Why things have to be this way.
Sometimes it’s all you can do to get by,
Especially when dreams continue to die.
Sometimes it’s nice to sit in the rain.
Even to just relieve the pain.
And when we’ve had a really bad day,
Sometimes we just need to get away.
We never know what’s wrong with out pain.
Sometimes the hardest thing and the right thing are the same.
And sometimes when people get hurt,
Even the strongest ones may need comfort.

How to recognize Your Little Inner Voice...By Michael Maestorm

1. Listen to your still, small voice.
You know, the voice I mean. The one that doesn't make any sense. The one telling you to take that leap and do the thing that doesn't make any sense. That one.
2. Write down all your crazy ideas.
I'm not saying you should do all of them. But what the heck, they're rattling around in your head anyway. Writing them down gives you the chance to examine them and stop the rattling.
3. Share your crazy ideas with a Loving Mirror.
A Loving Mirror believes in you more than you believe in yourself. Like Mr. Han did with Dre. Like Will did with Jaden.
Your mentors believe you into being.
4. DO SOMETHING.
Here's a great example: Most of the people who audition for American Idol can't sing. But they have a dream, and at least they showed up for it. They took action. They did something.
Sure, maybe they'll embarrass themselves. But it's better than sitting around thinking, "If only I'da..."
And who knows? Someone's gotta win the thing.
5. Learn from people who've already been where you want to go.
Mr. Han was a kung fu master, but if Dre hadn't had the courage to ask for his help, he still would have been beaten up by bullies.
Find 5 people who've done what you want to do.
Contact them and show them how, why, and that THEY will benefit from helping you.
Remember The Power of WIIFT: What's In It For THEM! Things get very easy when you're always talking about how the OTHER person benefits.
6. Ignore everyone else.
"The only people who can tell me I can't do something are people who've tried it and failed."
People love to criticize, because it makes them feel important and justifies their not taking action.
Ignore them, feel sorry for them, let their non-belief spur you to more action. The only thing not to do is let them stop you.
7. Do the thing you're afraid of.
Will Smith has said over and over: "When I'm afraid of something, that's the thing I do next."
I loved it when Jaden's character in the movie said the same thing, nearly word for word.
I know you've had the experience of being deathly afraid of something...
Then you did it...
And went, "Hey, that wasn't so bad after all. What was I so afraid of?"
Follow your heart and you'll discover that you have more courage than you think.
