Secrets to Brain Power...

Awareness is always the first step to change. The lessons
I share with you are about awareness and the great news is that you
get to choose what you want to do with your new awareness.
There are only two things you can do with your brainpower.
You can either spend it, or you can invest it. Time spent (wasted)
is gone forever. However, time invested in the form of learning creates
a lifetime of payoff in knowledge and increased prosperity and joy!
Make today the day...decide right now that you are going to
invest your greatest asset, which is your time, in learning and
studying things that will bring you closer to your desires.

Five winning mindset principles which will help you to get your thoughts directed towards a brighter future...

Definiteness of Purpose
The first principle of building a winner's mindset is having definiteness of purpose. If you know exactly what you want, it's much easier to stay focused on what will help you get it instead of being distracted by worry, fear and the opinions of others.
Definiteness of purpose also gives you certainty and decisiveness which naturally breeds confidence, self-reliance and which inspires practical actions.
Many people who "lose" in life do so because they have too many things that they're interested in or distracted by.
Definiteness of purpose clears out the obstacles and helps you to develop the next four principles of a winning mindset...
Proper Care of Your Mind
Winners acknowledge that their minds are body parts and that the mind must be consistently trained, cleaned out (of negative thoughts and worry), and fed (with knowledge and information which is pertinent to one's definite purpose).
Many people who are assaulted by worry, fear and negative thoughts feel helpless when it comes to control over their mind. Little do they know that through deliberate training, they could gain control over their thoughts.
Winners care for their mind by spending daily time in meditation and in creatively visualizing what they want to accomplish. This gives the mind a chance to clear itself of uncontrolled and uncertain thoughts, and to focus instead on empowering thoughts based on a definite purpose.
Winners also treat learning as a lifelong process and are consistently feeding their minds with inspiration, courage and information: books, tapes, inspiring music and movies etc.
Selective Ignorance
Every day, the mind is assaulted by the opinions from other people, from the media and from solicitations.
Any mind which does not guard itself against these things is going to become overwhelmed by distraction... but that's not all.
The majority of information which comes to us through the popular media is not empowering... it's negative and bitter with opinions of other people.
The more that you allow these things in your mind, the less control you have over focusing on your definite purpose.
The art of selective ignorance is crucial to building the mindset of a winner, and it's best accomplished by building a clear inner vision of what you want.
Again, this is why it's important to start out with definiteness of purpose.
Failure is Just Feedback Winners have a completely different take than the majority when it comes to failure: they see failure as a learning experience and an opportunity to begin again more intelligent.
Winners are always examining failures in order to determine what they can learn from them, and they use the wisdom gained in order to build new plans towards achieving their definite purpose.
With a definite purpose in mind, it's much easier to get back on track and start taking action after a failure has taken place.
And it's this which empowers winners to cultivate the most important characteristic of a winning mindset...
Never Give Up
One of the last speeches which Winston Churchill ever gave during his lifetime was as follows: "Never give up. Never give up.
Never give up." And that was it. After nearly 80 years of life on this planet and experience in leading a world power, this is all he had to say when he was asked to speak to hundreds of people at a university.

Lesson of Gratitude!!! By Wendy from Positive Parenting

Do you ever feel like your children continually want and expect
more stuff?  Perhaps they don't respect or take care of the things
they already have.  How do we teach our children to be humble and
grateful for what they have?  It can be difficult sometimes to
convince our children how blessed they really are.  One way we can
help teach gratitude to our children is by showing gratitude
ourselves.
Do you ever find yourself complaining about not having enough or
are you continually mindful and grateful for what you do have?
Children really notice the way we as parents talk about such
things.  One way you can show (and teach) gratitude is by
remembering to say "thank you" for the little things to family
members and others.   Another way to show gratitude is through
prayer.  By praying out loud, your children can hear you expressing
thanks for your blessings.  By sure to thank God for the blessing
of your wonderful children -- and be sure to state each of their
names!
Many years ago I heard the phrase: "Have An Attitude of Gratitude!"
It stuck with me every since.  If we have an "attitude of
gratitude," then chances are our children will too.  Many years ago
I attended Utah State University in Logan, Utah.  Logan is known
for it's frigid winters!  My roommates and I didn't want to get
depressed from the freezing cold and stress of school; however, so
we made up a little game to keep us amused and grateful for our
blessings.
As we trudged up this steep slippery hill in the dead of winter to
attend our classes, we would say something like (in an exaggerated
voice of course) "Boy, I am sure grateful to be getting this wonderful
education -- aren't you?"  Then whoever responded would have to think
of something positive back, and so on.  Then one of us would respond,
"Yeah and we are so lucky that we get to walk up this big hill every
morning -- look at all of the free exercise we are getting!"  "Yeah,
good thing we don't have a car -- I mean then we would have to drive
around in circles looking for a parking place."  "Yeah, we sure are
lucky aren't we!"   It was a silly little  game but it kept us smiling
and cheerful and it was entertaining to see who could come up with the
best responses.
We can play similiar "games" with our children.  I recently heard a
story about someone who used her creativity to display a positive
attitude when things went wrong.  For example, if someone cut her off
in traffic, instead of becoming angry she would try and come up
with the most outlandish story possible about why that driver was
driving so fast.  She would say something like, "Wow, maybe his
wife is about to have a baby any second and they have to hurry and
get to the hospital before she delivers in the car.."  Then her
child might take over and come up with a completely different story
about why that driver cut them off.  Pretty soon they would all be
laughing at each other's stories and forget all about the car that
cut them off.
Sometimes it is our kids that teach us these valuable lessons of
gratitude.  The other day I drove my kids to school as I do every
morning and my ten year old daughter said, "Thanks mom for driving
me to school today!"   It was a little thing but it made me feel
good!  Then when I started clearing the table after dinner she
said, "Thanks for helping us in the kitchen mom!"  "WOW -- does she
want something," I wondered?  Then today I received a hand-written
note that said "Thank you mom for not letting me quit piano..."
Was this really my daughter -- the one who complains each and every
day about having to practice a measly 30 minutes?  Gratitude....
maybe there is hope after all...!

Eleven Great Ways to Reduce Stress

Eleven Great Ways to Reduce Stress

Stress is a big challenge in life nowadays.
The sources of stress are many and the helpful ways to reduce stress are also plentiful.
Common symptoms of stress include skin problems, stomach ulcers, high blood pressure, fatigue, insomnia and frustration.

We don't need to set a time to reduce stress, we need to incorporate some strategies in our daily life routine to prevent stress and reduce its effect on the body.

Here are 11 simple steps we can easily take to reduce stress:

1. Define your goals: we must define our life goals and begin to achieve these goals; this action will support us against stress because we will feel that we know what our life purpose is and why, and that we control our own lives.

2. Take control of your diet: we can use simple ways in our diet plans to reduce stress by avoiding some stimulants such as coffee, alcohol, tea and sugar and we can use chamomile tea as an alternative because of its calming and relaxing effect.
We need to eat slowly in a calm environment to allow our digestive system to work well.
We can use honey as an alternative to sugar but in small amounts (one or two spoonfuls per day).

3. Take hot baths regularly: after a very busy day or when we feel that we need to relax (I do this three times a week).
You can take a hot bath by sitting in warm to hot water and the water level should be above the waist, using lavender oil can also enhance this relaxing experience.

4. Aromatherapy: in the office you can use aromatherapy to relax and avoid stress.
One of the best ways is to use lavender oil on a source of heat and take in the scent; this is a great way to relax during the day when you need it the most.

5. Exercise: This is one of the important things you can do which will reduce stress and bring happiness.
When we exercise, our brains release substances which bring feelings of happiness and relaxation; we need engage in some exercise regularly such as walking, dancing or swimming.

6. Breathing techniques: Yoga, meditation and Tai Chi all use deep breathing techniques.
To meditate, simply sit with closed eyes and concentrate on your breathing.
Breathing deeply regularly is great for health and from there, you can learn various other breathing techniques to gain enhanced benefits.

7. Relaxation techniques and self hypnotherapy: we can easily do this after the hot bath to relax even more, simply sit or lie down in a comfortable place with your eyes closed, imagine there is a spot light above your head and concentrate on it, then concentrate on your body part by part and try to relax the body and feel the relaxation deepening -- you can also use a self hypnotherapy audio tape to help in this process.

8. Massage: this is a great way to reduce stress, I do this when other ways fail, I feel better after receiving a massage.
You can get a professional massage or you can simply ask your partner to massage you.

9. Spiritual healing: prayers and the act of helping others are very important components for happiness and stress reduction.
You will feel calmer and have a sense of inner peace.

10. Talking through your problems: talking about your feelings acts as a releasing mechanism and you will soon find that talking about your problems with your partner or best friend may help the solution to the problem come to light and will help to release blocked emotions.

11. Multivitamins: I take a Vitamin B complex regularly to decrease stress and this has been a great help in my stress reduction.

I hope that you find these suggestions helpful, my hope in sharing this information with you is that you can benefit from it.

Reading about this is not enough to reduce stress, you must take action.

Psychic Workout for Inflow of Money and Oppertunities....Psycich Marine

You may have heard the saying that “intent is everything.” This is especially true in today’s job market! If you’re unemployed, or seeking a job change without success, these tips can help you find faith in yourself and steer you into a life-long career. 1. Know Yourself
What do you want to do for a career? Sure, you had the opportunity to ponder over career ideas when you were in high school, but you need a job now. You are desperate, so anything will do… right? Wrong! Perhaps your job loss was an opening for you to create change in your life and guide you towards your true passion. Instead of harboring the bitter attitude that you are down-and-out and unemployed, allow yourself the freedom, without criticism, to focus on what it is that you really want to be doing. This will not only give you the motivation to go out and job hunt, it will narrow your search to a specific field where you can focus all of your intent and provide the passion that will make this a life-long joy as opposed to just a job.
2. Have Faith in Yourself
When you have a belief in a higher power you can call on, and faith in yourself, you have the ability to work miracles (such as landing a fabulous job when employment is at a record high). When you have exhausted all other options, and want to try this new approach to job searching, rediscover the faith in yourself. Take a walk, reminisce about more abundant times in your life, or meditate on bringing forth the memory and feeling of confidence. Now take this energy and craft it into naming your dream job. Go ahead and manifest your job by writing it onto a piece of paper. Don’t forget to include the following specific details: the type of environment, hourly wage, the people you will work with, and the hours. See yourself in this position and allow faith and confidence to be transmitted to the universe and into the reality of your designed job.
3. Banishing and Manifesting
Yes, you can go out and buy all of those nifty spell books, but true magick comes from within, and an understanding of how the energies of the universe function. Become aware of your thought patterns and what types of energy you are responding to or creating around employment. Are you constantly manifesting fear in your thoughts or pushing that emotion away by staying confident and positive by knowing that your new job is just around the corner? For whatever reason, many people have a unconscious belief surrounding money that convinces them that they do not deserve abundance. Be aware of this emotional response and ask yourself, “Am I unconsciously pushing away success ?” Instill your thoughts with the notion that you deserve to find happiness as you become consciously aware of your emotions around money. Push the negative emotions and energies away from you and pull the positive energies towards you through prayer, meditation, and ritual.
4. A Little Magick Never Hurts
Following are some quick money tips that can add an element of fun into your job searching and help you to retain a positive and creative state of mind.
- Every day, “plant” or leave a penny somewhere in a public place where you spread the wealth and show gratitude to the higher power by acknowledging your growing abundance.
- Sprinkle a little cinnamon into your wallet to keep the money flowing and abundance coming into your life.
- Create a “Job Oil” blend by using Almond or Jojoba oil as the base oil, and add essential oil of Benzoin, salt, cloves, and mint. Use the oil to anoint your third eye when preparing your resume, or going to job interviews. You may also use it to lightly dress your resume paper, or “thank you for the interview” card that you send to the potential employer. Do this by dabbing a little onto your pointer finger (your finger of power) and touch the paper. Be careful not to make an oil mark on the paper.
- Concentrate and light a candle for job success. Traditionally, orange or green are the colors that are used. You can decorate your own glass enclosed candle or carve messages of desire into a wax candle, then light it and allow it to burn out to its entirety.
- When handing someone money, always fold the bill, with the folded end towards the recipient, so your riches don’t escape.
- Rub your hands with a little mint before conducting any money making activity.
5. Timing
You may have received the “Thanks-but-no-thanks” letter in the mail, or had a series of disappointments around potential jobs. Perhaps the timing was just a little off, and now that you are approaching your job searching with this new method, the dream job will now become available. When working with moon cycles, the new moon phases to the full moon are best for growing and creating the sense of abundance. This is the time advised for sending out resumes and scheduling job interviews.
As you adopt these new techniques in your job hunting, pay attention to life’s clues and synchronicities that are telling you that you are right on track.
“Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.” – Thomas Edison

Meditation Techniques that help by Bill from Meditation Expert....

Over and over again I tell people of the power of the white skeleton visualization meditation for health, anti-aging and spiritual attainments.
The story is that when Buddhism first entered China from India, many of the intelligentsia objected to this foreign import. However, many people decided to give its meditation techniques a try. So many people attained samadhi and superpowers from practicing two Buddhist meditations that the naysayers kept quiet, and Buddhism was accepted into the country.
What were these meditation techniques?
At that time only two had made their way into China: the anapana (pranayama related) breathing technique and the white skeleton visualization.
The anapana breathing techniques and the skeleton visualization, because they lead to real spiritual results, banish sickness from your body through natural chi channel detoxification, and lead to health and longevity. Practicing them, you get superpowers (psychic abilities) as  well.
The in-depth details for practicing the white skeleton meditation, along with the supernormal psychic abilities you're likely to develop, can be readily found in a small report on the website, so we can only spotlight a few points in this short space. Nevertheless, here's some pointers.
To practice this technique it's best to first buy a little white model of a skeleton or to download some pictures of a skeleton from the internet. Then you must memorize what your bones look like fromt he pictures. You have to memorize them because you have to know what they look like in your visualizations.
In the olden days people would go off into graveyards where they would see rotting skeletons all around them, so they didn't have memorize anything. They looked, they saw, they experienced detachment because of viewing rotting corpses and they were then able to let go of their bodies and minds to enter samadhi.
So here's the basic meditation technique.
You visualize all your flesh, meat and organs rotting off your bones or simply being given away to all the ghosts or other beings you owe debts to. Then, starting with your LEFT TOE, you actually visualize all the bones of your body shining bright white. You start visualizing your left big toe, then all the toes of your left foot, then your right foot, then back to your left leg, then right leg and you work your way all the way up your body.
After you can visualize your entire body as being just a white shiny skeleton, you let the bones turn to dust so that only dust is left, which blows away to leave emptiness.
You first visualize your bones, then let go of everything, and stay in that emptiness to cultivate samadhi. From samadhi you go on to try and realize the stage of non-ego we call "seeing the Tao."
The skeleton method is a powerful meditation technique because it does many things simultaneously. It cultivates your chi, helps you cultivate detachment, teaches you to let go of the image and concept of being a body, teaches joyful giving to others, helps you pay back sentient beings you may owe and so forth.
Even the joy you're supposed to feel while giving away your flesh during the visualization is a way to cultivate the joy and bliss of the first dhyana called the "vitarka-samadhi" in Hinduism.
It's quite common for two things to quickly happen due to this meditation.
First, you can gain superpowers easily because you are cultivating your chi.
Secondly, because your vital energies rise it's easy to experience sexual desires and excess energy. If you lose your jing because you give into your carnal nature, however, then of course you are cutting short the road to a long life and won't make much spiritual progress. That's a teaching of almost every genuine spiritual school in existence.
Women also suffer a bit along these lines as well when they lose energy but not as severely as men since the uterus and vagina reabsorb much of the energy they lose. Their construction embodies the I-Ching principle that "yang offers and yin receives."
Now the topic of sexual desire, which arises because your vital energies arise and start circulating, brings up another meditation method.
One of my favorite meditation techniques, which many Buddhas and Bodhisattvas have used, is to imagine your body burning away and becoming dust, and accessing emptiness from there. A similar variation is to imagine your body as becoming one brilliant, shining sun and to stay in that one-pointed visualization to attain samadhi.
This technique, which often works because it burns the body away and is like staring into the face of one of the body's chakras, is also very powerful. Vairocana Buddha and a number of other Bodhisattvas are associated with this technique which can help you transform the five elements of your physical body.
Try it.
I advise you to also mantra Vairocana's 5-element transforming mantra when using this technique, and it runs "Ohm Ahh Bee Lahh Hong! Chit!" When you use this burning technique and make the flames of fire burn everything, make sure they burn away the sexual desire as well. That's why many people succeed using this technique.
For instance, in the Surangama Sutra, one of Buddha's students, Usschusma, reported that he was often tormented by greed and sexual desire and yet he succeeded in his cultivation. Usschusma said that many aeons ago a Buddha called "The King of Immateriality" taught him that lustful desires increased one's chances of hell karma, and taught him to meditate on the bones of his body and warmth of his chi at the same time.
This is equivalent to using some version of the skeleton method, along with anapana breathing techniques and kundalini arousal through fire visualization, which is a combination I often recommend to talented students. He cultivated the effects of heat in his body and mind, and burned away all vestiges of sexual desire by cultivating a blazing nature.
You can do the same thing and transform your chi quickly by visualizing that everything you are is burned away so that no body or anything else is left.
Despite his sexual desire, Usschuma stayed chaste and used this technique to reach past the Taoist stage of jing to chi and then chi to shen and emptiness transformations to get the Tao. None of it would have been possible, however, had he not first conquered sexual desire. So when sexual desire arises and regular emptiness meditation doesn't help, try using the nature of sexual desire against itself by visualizing that fire (or a sun) burns away your body so that nothing is left. Sexual desire will then having nothing upon which to take hold, and itself will burn away.
Like everything else it takes practice, but this is another way of offering that can help conquer the biggest obstacle for men in cultivation. For men the big problem is sexual desire whereas for women the biggest hurdle is emotions.

12 'Blissipline' Tips! By Aine Belton

1.    Daily meditation
Meditating daily has numerous benefits, from improved health, reduced stress and anti-aging benefits to the gifts of clearing and raising energy, inner peace and centring, connecting to your Higher Being, and receiving divine inspiration.
Even just 5 minutes once a day will be beneficial. You can extend that to 2
(or 3) times a day, and move from 5 minutes to 10, then 20 minutes.
Guided meditation recordings, such as the Earth Light and Inner Realm meditations of the Intuition Zone make your meditation experience easy
and elegant.
You can just sit back, relax, and allow the meditative experience.
The Manifesting Blueprint Meditation (part of the Miracle Mind Manifesting
Program at this link) is also a great one for combining meditation with visualization for manifesting your dreams, and includes a healing light
meditation to clear blockages to success.
Both of these are approximately 20 minutes long and allow you to dip into
theta states for longer periods, opening you to higher states of awareness,
connecting you to your inner light and raising your consciousness.
Even simply breath awareness or mindfulness meditation, where you focus
on your body and breathing, and any sounds in your environment, to become
very present and still, allowing thoughts and feelings to come and go without
attaching to them, allows you to become centered and clear, detached from
your linear thinking mind, more grounded and in your heart.
The Intuition Zone has 4 meditations specifically designed for various uses.
See the website for details.
I will be exploring meditation options more in the future.
2.    Daily manifesting routine
A daily manifesting routine can be integrated or added along-side your daily meditation.
It could be something as simple as visualizing your goals for a few minutes
each morning and/or night.
The Manifesting Blueprint Meditation guides you through this process
exquisitely.
The Miracle Mind Manifesting Program offers a simple but powerful daily
practice of steps to use as a daily manifesting routine.
This allows you to sharpen and hone your manifesting skills and align your vibration to your goals. It creates the structure and framework for energy, momentum and implementation to bridge the gap between you and your goals.
You might also want to read a goals list each morning and/or evening of the current goals you are focussing on (tips on goal setting, and how to create a Vision Template out of your goals for use in visualization, are given in the
Vision Sheets section of the Miracle Mind Manifesting Program).
3.    Gratitude
Allow yourself to feel grateful for at least 5 things in your life each morning as part of your blissipline routine, and at the end of the day for things that happened during your day that you are grateful for.
This will align your vibration to that which is good, true and beautiful in your
life, to that which you love and appreciate, and attract more of the same at
an expanded level into your life.
You might want to keep a gratitude journal too, but remember, the key is FEELING the gratitude more than thinking about it or writing it down etc.,
so don't make it an intellectual process, let it be a feeling one.
4.    Time in nature
Spending time in nature is healing and recalibrating, and aligns your energy
to beauty, harmony, peace, love and enchantment.
The wondrous energies of flowers, plants and the nourishing energy of Earth herself, have a very rejuvenating and transforming effect on your being.
Being in nature will also ground and discharge negative energies, as well as
open your heart and uplift your spirits - food for the soul indeed!
It can also give you time to stop, reflect, be at peace, and be with yourself
to receive insights and inspirations and ponder.
5.    Do more of what you love
Doing more of what you love and what brings you joy will raise your vibration significantly and attract more success, happiness, joy and opportunities into your life in all areas!
All work and no play makes for a dull day. For a high vibration that will boost your all-round attractor factor, be sure to add regular FUN to your weekly schedule!
6.    Open to receive
When you try to do everything on your own, you will burn out and become exhausted.
Life doesn't have to be a struggle. Ask for help when you need it. Choose partnership. Be courageous enough to be vulnerable, to receive, to be open
and transparent.
Ask the universe for help regularly and be open to receive the outer
promptings, synchronicities and opportunities that come your way.
(For more on living magically, co-creating and receiving guidance from the
divine, see the Decoding Inner & Outer Reality section of the Intuition Zone).
7.    Love and accept yourself
"No amount of self-improvement will make up for a lack of self-acceptance". Robert Holden.
The more you accept yourself as you are, the more you let go of what you're not.
Quit the self-punishment, blame, inner criticism and self-condemnation. End feeling guilty for it serves no one.
Forgive yourself and clear your limiting self beliefs  (at this link), and embrace more of the love, light, innocence and WONDER that you are.
8.    Take responsibility
As James Allen says, "Circumstance does not make a man, it reveals him to himself'. The more you take responsibility for your life, the more you are able
to change it. Become conscious of the thoughts, feelings, beliefs and attitudes
that are creating your world. Take responsibility for them and choose those
that serve you.
9.    Follow your intuition.
Your intuition holds the key to your brightest future and all the guidance you need to craft your life optimally. It enables you to engage the grace and magic of CO-creation!
When you access and apply your intuition, AMAZING things start to happen!
Learn how to develop and experience your intuition at work in numerous ways
at the link below:
http://www.intuitionzone.com/
10.  Act on opportunities
Follow your heart and act on the opportunities the universe is offering to
you and the doorways that are opening.
When you apply your intuition and work with the law of attraction, opportunities will present themselves that will take you to your goals in magical and effortless ways...
So it's important to ACT on them!
You might want to write down any synchronicities and the outer 'promptings'
in your world, as well as insights through meditation and dreams, that you
feel are pointing you in the direction of your bright future.
11. Be yourself
Be yourself; you're the only one qualified, plus you're amazing!
Dare to be unique, dare to be you, dare to shine your colours, glorious and true.
Being yourself is not only the key to success in your life, it is the best way to serve others and your world. Don't hide yourself or your gifts. It's why you're here.
12. Love <3 love <3 love
Love yourself and others.
There may be times this is easier than others, but make it your overriding intention. Love lies at the heart of all that you seek, and separation from it at the root of your troubles and pain.
Let love be a guiding light in your life that will steer your ship through stormy waters back to the shore of truth, happiness and joy. We all love to love and
be loved! It doesn't get better than that!
Love is the highest vibration in the universe. The more you love yourself and others, the happier, brighter and more successful your life will become.
Love yourself and the rest becomes easy!
And know you are loved. You are loved totally and unconditionally by the
source of creation.
There is nothing you need do to win that love and nothing you can do
to lose it.
Becoming aware of this truth connects you to your inherent value, increases
your sense of worth and deserving, heals pain of separation and loneliness and
opens you to the love that is there for you in every moment.
